The Group’s management board consists of Dr. Gunther Schmidt (right) and Mr. Jörg Stüber (left). Dr. Gunther Schmidt has been responsible for the corporate management of MöllerGroup GmbH as CEO since 2016. Previously, he held various positions at Hella KGaA Hueck & Co.; most recently as member of the executive board, Aftermarket & Special Applications business division. Jörg Stüber joined MöllerGroup in 2020 after holding various positions at Gerry Weber International AG and is responsible for controlling and financial accounting as CFO.
MöllerTech.
MöllerTech International GmbH is managed by Mr. Eckhard Rustige (right) and Mr. Clayton Harding (left). Eckhard Rustige has served as managing director of MöllerTech International within MöllerGroup since 2005. Clayton Harding joined one of MöllerTech International’s subsidiaries in 2000 and has since held various positions at the Group’s different international locations. Since 2014 he has served as managing director of the MöllerTech plant in Wales and since 2021 he has been head of management of MöllerTech International GmbH at the Bielefeld site together with Mr. Rustige.
MöllerWerke.
MöllerWerke GmbH in Bielefeld has been managed by Mr. Patrick Holtkamp since 2021. Mr. Holtkamp joined MöllerGroup back in 2016, after holding various positions at Hella KGaA Hueck & Co. He worked as head of business development at MöllerWerke GmbH until 2018 and was subsequently responsible for R&D, as well as sales and strategy as of 2019. In September 2021, Mr. Holtkamp took over as managing director of MöllerWerke GmbH, initially together with Mr. Werner Jüttner. Mr. Jüttner retired in September 2023 after many years as managing director, making Mr. Holtkamp now responsible for MöllerWerke as sole managing director.
MöllerFlex & MöllerMiner.
MöllerFlex GmbH has been managed by Dr. Markus Wittmann as sole managing director since 2018. In addition, Dr. Wittmann is also managing director of MöllerMiner GmbH. MöllerMiner GmbH is a joint venture between MöllerFlex GmbH, Delbrück, Deutschland, and Miner Elastomer Products Corp. in Geneva, Illinois, USA. Both companies are based in the Paderborner Land region of Delbrück. Before joining MöllerGroup, Dr. Wittmann held various positions at companies including Hutchinson and Saargummi.
