MöllerWerke pressure relief flaps are designed with a particular focus on robustness and heat resistance and meet the strict fire and explosion protection requirements according to BGI / GUV-I 719. If required, MöllerWerke pressure relief flaps can also be supplied with a flame filter and sensor monitoring. In addition, pressure relief flaps that have been specially designed for the use in machine tools can optionally be equipped with a flame arrester that reliably prevents flames from escaping.
MöllerWerke pressure relief flaps are made entirely of steel, stainless steel and spring steel elements. At an overpressure of 1mbar, the freely and adjustably mounted lamellae enable controlled pressure equalization. Safety and durability have top priority in the development of MöllerWerke pressure relief flaps. This means that the pressure relief flaps can withstand repeated explosion pressure waves without elements coming loose and becoming dangerous projectiles. The pressure relief flap is connected to the machine by means of a screw connection on both sides via retaining frames. MöllerWerke pressure relief flaps can be installed horizontally, overhead or vertically.
