We are proud to have received the “family friendly” distinction from the City of Bielefeld in cooperation with the Local Alliance for Families. This distinction shows great appreciation for our family-friendly personnel policies and human resources initiatives and now makes them outwardly visible. Our employees are at the center of what we do. We support them in a variety of ways to achieve a balance between private and professional life.
In a two-stage application process, we were given the opportunity to present the focus topics of our family-friendly HR policy to a jury made up of representatives of members of the Local Alliance for Families in Bielefeld. This includes, among other things, flexible part-time and working-time models, mobile working, spots for employee children at “MöllerNest,” the company’s own daycare center,
demographically sensitive workplaces in production, lifetime working time accounts (demography accounts), company social services counseling, and also, for example, job bike leasing for family members, and employee discounts. We are proud that our policies and initiatives were able to convince the jury. The distinction confirms and motivates us to continue to consistently promote our family-friendly personnel policy in the future.
